What to expect when you buy my eggs...

When you place an order for hatching eggs with me, I do everything in my power to ensure you get the best hatch rate. After 25 years I have perfected the art of packing eggs securely to ensure no breakages. Your eggs are individually wrapped, placed into an egg box and generously padded before being packed into a double thickness outer box and marked with FRAGILE tape.

Your eggs will be posted as soon as possible* - this is usually within 1-2 days, however I tend to avoid Fridays and Saturdays so the eggs are not stuck in the postal system at potentially unsuitable temperatures for too long.

*If for any reason there will be a delay with sending your eggs (e.g. hens go off lay, go broody etc) I will contact you to let you know.
